This adds to how replayable this game is. Throughout the game you’ll encounter characters which will help you gain extra health, magic, and customer gear if you perform special tasks for them in the game levels. There’s even a nod to the NES DuckTales in the game as you can defeat your enemies from above by bouncing on them with a shovel instead of a pogo stick! As the title suggests, you take control of shovel knight as you battle your enemies and hunt for treasure by digging them with your…well…shovel. The gameplay is standard for a 2D platformer and the controls are beautifully simplistic. Even the game’s soundtrack harks back to the good old NES days. Even for the games NES appearance it is jaw droppingly gorgeous, the colour pallet is bright and lively and then dark and haunting just when it needs to be. Shovel Knight is a 2D side-scrolling platform game that’s presented in 8-bit graphics. The first game developed by Yacht Club Games, Shovel Knight was initially released June 2014 on the Nintendo Wii U, 3DS, and Microsoft Windows, it’s now making its debut on the Playstation 3, 4, Vita, and Xbox One and I have to be honest, I love this game. Shovel Knight is the best NES game that never appeared on the NES.

Otter.ai has launched an assistant that attends and takes notes during Zoom meetings. Raul Castanon, an analyst at 451 Research, said the Otter Assistant will be helpful to workers trying to keep up with their busy schedules. The Otter Assistant is available to customers with an Otter Business subscription, which costs $20 per month. After the meeting, the person who used the assistant can share the transcript with others, allowing them to edit the text and add images. The assistant shares the notes with meeting attendees, who can highlight and comment on items during the session. The assistant appears in meetings as a participant and announces in the chatroom that it will transcribe the proceedings. An employee can also send the assistant to a live, unscheduled meeting by providing it with the meeting link. Workers can set Otter Assistant to automatically join the Zoom meetings on their Microsoft Outlook or Google calendars. "You can send your Otter Assistant to meetings on your behalf, so you can focus on what's relevant without worrying about missing anything," Otter.ai CEO Sam Liang said in a statement. Otter.ai said the assistant helps workers who missed a portion or all of a meeting by transcribing the session. The company announced the feature, called Otter Assistant, this week. That means someone who was philanthropically minded could donate enough this year to “wipe out their entire tax bill,” said Cari Weston, director for tax practice and ethics at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. (The 50 percent rule still applies to noncash contributions.) (After that, the maximum deduction is scheduled to revert to 50 percent of income.) But the CARES Act temporarily increased that limit to 100 percent of income, for 2020 the December law extended it for 2021. Under the 2017 tax law, donors who itemize can deduct cash donations of up to 60 percent of their income, through 2025. People who do itemize their deductions can get an even bigger benefit from charitable contributions in 2021. (For 2021, it’s $12,550 for single filers and $25,100 for married couples filing jointly.) For 2020, the standard deduction is $12,400 for single filers and $24,800 for married couples filing jointly. The 2017 law roughly doubled the standard deduction, and abolished some itemized deductions. But because of changes to the federal tax code made in 2017 through the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, most taxpayers take the standard deduction. Typically, you can deduct charitable donations only if you itemize your personal deductions, rather than taking the standard deduction. (The limit for 2020 was $300 per return, not per person.) The measure also increased the maximum amount that married couples can deduct to $600. The December legislation continued, just for 2021, a $300 charitable deduction for filers who don’t itemize deductions on their tax returns. Developers predicted that DRM would induce wide use by music suppliers concerned about piracy. It was designed to compete with the Memory Stick, a DRM product that Sony had released the year before. The card was derived from the MultiMediaCard (MMC) and provided digital rights management based on the Secure Digital Music Initiative (SDMI) standard and for the time, a high memory density. In 1999, SanDisk, Panasonic (Matsushita), and Toshiba agreed to develop and market the Secure Digital (SD) Memory Card. History 1999–2005: Creation and introduction of smaller formats The SDA uses several trademarked logos owned and licensed by SD-3C to enforce compliance with its specifications and assure users of compatibility. SDA today has about 1,000 member companies. The companies also formed the SD Association (SDA), a non-profit organization, in January 2000 to promote and create SD Card standards. The three companies formed SD-3C, LLC, a company that licenses and enforces intellectual property rights associated with SD memory cards and SD host and ancillary products. The standard was introduced in August 1999 by joint efforts between SanDisk, Panasonic (Matsushita) and Toshiba as an improvement over MultiMediaCards (MMCs), and has become the industry standard. Secure Digital, officially abbreviated as SD, is a proprietary non-volatile flash memory card format developed by the SD Association (SDA) for use in portable devices.
